Assistance Forms

Thank you for visiting our Assistance Forms page! Below, you’ll find our Benevolence Form and Church Member Assistance Form. If you do not currently attend First Baptist Durango, please complete the Benevolence Form.

As a church, we genuinely love caring for and supporting people in need throughout our community. However, we are not able to guarantee financial assistance for every request we receive. Our Benevolence Team prayerfully evaluates each request on a case-by-case basis, with priority given to those who are actively involved in our church body.

While we believe physical and immediate needs are important and worthy of care, we also believe that our greatest need is reconciliation with God and freedom from sin. God has graciously provided for this need through the life, death, and resurrection of His Son, Jesus Christ. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your faith in Him.
